These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trade Journal Pro (the "Service") operated at tradingjournal-dashboard.com. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Trade Journal Pro is an AI-powered trading journal that allows users to log trades, import MT5 history, view analytics, use a trading calendar, and access optional AI analysis and subscription features.

The Service is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or trade execution.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

Trade Journal Pro offers Free and Pro Journal plans:

• Free plan: basic journal features with usage limits as described on the website.
• Pro Journal: $19/month with additional features including unlimited MT5 imports and AI analysis.
• Payments may be made via VISA card or Bitcoin wallet as shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Demo checkout may activate Pro features locally without real payment processing until production payment gateways are connected. Actual billing terms will apply once live payment integration is enabled.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Upload malicious files, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.
• Misrepresent trading results or use the Service to deceive others.

You retain ownership of the trading data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

Analytics, AI insights, and performance metrics are provided for educational and journaling purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Optional integrations such as MetaApi for live MT5 connection are subject to third-party terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, fees, or errors caused by third-party providers.

MT5 CSV/HTML import is the free alternative and does not require third-party live connection.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content (excluding your trading data), is owned by Trade Journal Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through the Subscription page.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Journal Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $19 USD if you used the Free plan.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith through contact with our support team first.
